Voter Information Card
A Voter Information Card is sent whenever a voter initially registers to vote or makes a name change, address change, party change, or requests a replacement card.
All voters will automatically receive an updated Voter Information Card in the case of redistricting, polling location, or precinct change.
Voter Information Combo Card
A Voter Information Combo Card is sent when an address change notice comes from a third party or an NCOA in county address change and contains a detachable address change card to correct any incorrect address information.
Sample Ballot Mailer
You will receive the Primary Sample Ballot mailer if you are a registered voter in Clay County prior to Book Closing, with no email sample ballot request on file.
Signature Update
Your signature is used to verify your identity for petitions, provisional ballots, and Vote by Mail ballots. Handwriting may change over time due to age, injury, or illness. You received this notice if your signature has not been updated with our office in five (5) years or more.
