Upon receipt of public request and before the request is fulfilled, the individual making the request will be contacted by an office staff member
- Clarify any questions or concerns
- Inform requestor of any charges that may apply
- Advise of the expected turn-around time
- Advise of any information exempt from public records (F.S.119.071)
